I was asked to photograph THE baby shower of dreams. Antonia & Charlie are expecting a little boy in just a few weeks and they sure did host a fabulous event, not only for the ladies, but the guys came along too!

Bawtry Hall was dressed to nines, all guests were greeted by bagpipes, welcome drinks and dinky canapés. Les, the master of ceremonies kept everyone entertained with various games and fun facts.

Antonia looked absolutely gorgeous in a classy blue dress, even if it was the second choice! Good job she had fab friends that brought her ASOS order to the party!

I had a chat with Charlie to see how he was feeling and he said he was more nervous for the party, but super excited for their baby to arrive.

Antonia didn’t miss a trick when it came to tiny details, there was beautiful signage all over the venue and a personalised selfie frame for the Broughton Baby Celebrations. James Kirman was there to keep everyone entertained and gobsmacked with his magic, along with the fabulous voices of The Bowkers.

Following arrival drinks and Les opening a bottle of champagne with a sword, the guests were seated for pie & peas in the Wesley Room. The grand finale of this incredible event was the firework display held over the gardens of Bawtry Hall.

I’d like to thank both Antonia & Charlie for having me photograph their special event and send them all my love for the coming weeks. I can’t wait to meet Baby Broughton!
